What is VingCard?

VingCard is an access control integration that allows VingCard mobile credentials to be held on the VTS Activate Home app to unlock doors at Multifamily properties utilizing Mobile Key Access.

Data Flow and Synchronization Process

Mobile credentials created in Activate Multifamily are pushed to VingCard. These credentials are synced as soon as they are created.
Activate Multifamily does not automatically pull in door names from VingCard. The names must be manually uploaded to the Activate Multifamily portal, and will be referenced when generating a mobile key.
The unit names in Activate Multifamily must exactly match the unit names in VingCard. If the property is integrated with an accounting system, such as Yardi, that imports units into Activate Multifamily, the unit names must match between the accounting system and VingCard.
